
Life can be really difficult ………….but only because we let it.
At times we will feel down and upset but we don’t have to live that way. It’s time to stop just asking “how to be more positive” but to rather take action and live a much better life!
To become a Positive Person:
The first step, on how to be more positive and to becoming a positive person is to be grateful. Once you stop being miserable for the things you don’t have and instead be thankful for what you do, you will feel a lot more content and satisfied.

At times it’s best to relax and let your worries be forgotten. Yes, some things in life are to be taken seriously but not everything!
Every once in a while slow down and:
These might seem pointless but can do miracles in improving your positivity.
Clinging to the past or even to the future won’t make your current life better.
Moping around about the past won’t change anything. While fantasizing about the future won’t change anything either.
This is the present, change your life now and become more positive!

Being more positive and optimistic is easier said than done. But the way to begin is at first pretend or act to be more positive.
Little by little you won’t have to act it out anymore; you’ll actually feel more positive
