Learn how to control your Anger

To rule one's anger is well; to prevent it is still better

-Tyron Edwards

Anger is a problem that is found in every single person on this earth, from as young as an infant all the way to an old man. The only difference is that some people who are stronger can control their anger and some cannot.

Problem is getting angry and making rash decisions is a huge weakness. And everybody should try to fix this problem if they have it.

Follow these steps to learn how to control your anger:

Step 1 to control your anger:  Count to a hundred and back and take deep breaths

All this does is calm you. Counting to a hundred calms your thoughts and distracts you while breathing removes stress.

Step 2 to control your anger:  Displace your anger

Right before the anger feeling start coming in, remove yourself from the situation. If this means walk away or go into a different room, do it.

Step 3 to control your anger: Think of the consequences

By getting angry, you greatly lose your sense to think. Still when you are angry think of the consequences and the people around you. How do you think they are affected by your anger?

Step 4 to control your anger: Think of God

When you get angry think of God, and ask for help or even simply just think of god. This allows you to vent and makes you feel smaller, destroying the whole anger vibe.

All in all just remember before after or during when you are angry that getting angry only hurts you.

Holding on to anger is like grasping a hot coal with the intent of throwing it at someone else; you are the one who gets burned
- Gautama Buddha
