
Fear of heights (Acrophobia), is something that greatly affects people’s lives every single day.
If not taken care off, it can cause people to feel less confident, insecure, and it can greatly limit their potential.
It might seem tough to face this fear but with a little bit of help it can be done:
You are born with only two fears, the fear of falling and the fear of loud noises. All other fears you developed on the way. Reflect on your past, and reason why you are scared of heights. This is the first step to overcome your phobia.
To defeat your fear of heights, you must gradually face your fear and not be afraid of failiure.
* Take it at your own speed. As you get comfortable with each step, then move on, there is no need to rush yourself.
When at high heights, remind yourself that you’re safe. Secure yourself and just get it into your head. Your phobia is all in your mind and only you have the power to get rid of it.
