Life is full of happiness and unhappiness. Happiness may come from a variety of things – like accomplishing a goal or getting a job. Meanwhile, we also face unhappiness, for example when we lose a loved one or when we do not get our dream job. Many people tend to give up during their difficult times because they are unable to think positively. Personally, I try to live by the idea that every difficult moment in life will be a beautiful lesson for the future. Ultimately, the key is understanding that positivity can come through anything and that the tough times will not last forever. As a student in high school, I am constantly facing difficulties. Yet, people are not able to detect any unhappiness in my emotions. Why you might ask? As I mentioned earlier, every challenge is beneficial. If I feel I can’t do something because it’s too challenging or difficult, I always try to convince myself that there is a “light at the end of the tunnel”. This motivates me to work harder and stay more positive and happy. As I got better and better at incorporating this idea into my daily life, I felt happier and less stressed. Feeling unhappy all the time never feels good. Therefore, I have compiled a list of 40 short positive quotes that helped me stay happier during difficult times in my life and I hope they do the same for you. Remember, there will always be positivity in every challenge or struggle.
