Eating to relieve stress becomes a problem when you do not stop to solve the problem. Planning a diet and strictly adhering to it is the way to go.

Typical diet rules include eating three meals a day and never skipping breakfast. You should replace your breakfast with healthy meals such as oatmeal. Avoid heavy dinners because they are hard to digest and replace white starches with brown ones. Take good care of your body by avoiding smoking and drinking guarantees wellbeing.
