At this very moment there are thousands of people who are lost and confused because they don’t know the answers to their lives.
What should I do? How should I fix this? How should I do that? Why is this happening? Why did that happen? …etc.
Here are some ways you can find answers in your life:
Take a different approach
Nothing in life is straightforward. So if you think that by bluntly poking around you will find your answer or solution you are wrong. Always try different methods or at least experiment with different methods or solutions until you get the right results.
Change your perspective
To find answers to anything you have to be prepared to look at all the different angles. So if for example you are wondering about what career to pursue? Don’t just think about it from your current perspective but from your perspective in the future as well.
Ask yourself questions like:
How are things in my life changing and how will they affect my career?
This self-debating will not only give you answers but it will give you the “right” answers and it will greatly help you make good decisions.
Ask the right Questions
An expert knows all the answers – if you ask the right questions. – Levi Strauss
Ask your questions that are going to help you. A lot of people ask questions that make them even more confused and stressed. So if you can ask the right questions you will get the right answers.
Declutter your mind
Imagine trying to find a different colored marble in a big bag full of marbles; it’s very hard. This same thing goes for your mind, if you over clutter your head with questions and problems you will leave no room for solutions.
So don’t overwhelm yourself with questions and problems.
Here are some ways you can relax the mind: Steps to relax the mind
Think Open
Always think big and open as this gives you the most room to find answers. By closing off options right in the beginning, you are thinking very narrow and are seriously limiting your chances of finding answers.
Breathe
Whenever you are looking for answers try to breathe if not a lot, than at least efficiently. Oxygen is like water for your brain and it is fundamental for you to think clear.
In the end I just wanted to say that sometimes it’s okay not to have the answers to everything.
Being an intellectual creates a lot of questions and no answers. – Janis Joplin
Just find a good balance between what you should know and what isn’t so necessary.
Good Luck in finding answers to all your questions.

Thank you for your help! I am a drug addict, recovering from using meth. Meth has allowed my mind to make connections that seem to almost end my life, quite literally. I have been laid off due to covid-19 and started using meth and have these connections in my mind that may make no sense to some, but have changed my entire life. So now I’m having trouble moving forward and being in public and working again. I am clean so I know I’m not crazy or anything but these connections and feelings of paranoia will not go away. Any suggestions? Focusing is one of the hardest things for me to do bc my mind is so clustered with thoughts that I don’t even understand where they are coming from. Thank you again,
